    I have trained with Ms Anastasia for more than a year and have all good things to say…. She is an amazing at her work. She understands client’s needs, and slowly ups the game. And voila you start to notice the change. I actually looked forward to my workouts. She ensured that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.  She was always punctual and reliable and always had the exercise routine planned for me.

Anastasia always pushed me to test my limits and perform better. She has a very direct, no-nonsense approach towards nutrition guidance and can explain very clearly the best way to approach my fitness and health goals. I'm glad our paths crossed, and she was able to train me when I had the time for it. I highly recommend her for sure!
